By accessing or using TubeTrack, you agree to these draft beta terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The beta service
TubeTrack beta access is experimental. Features may change, be unavailable, or end while we build, test, and improve the service. Attribution reports do not guarantee revenue, sales, or any particular result.
Your account
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for telling us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Use TubeTrack lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit harmful code, misuse other people's information, or use the beta to break applicable law or third-party terms.
Your data and permissions
You must control the YouTube channels, videos, websites, and other services you connect to TubeTrack, or have permission to connect them. You retain rights to your content and data. You give TubeTrack the limited permission needed to process that information and operate the beta for you.
Third-party services
YouTube and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, and availability. TubeTrack is not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by those services.
Fees
The beta is currently free. We may introduce paid plans later, but we will provide notice before charging for a plan.
Ownership and feedback
TubeTrack and its service materials remain ours. You keep ownership of your content and data. If you share feedback, you allow us to use it to improve TubeTrack without an obligation to you.
Availability and disclaimers
TubeTrack is provided as-is during beta. We do not promise that it will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, TubeTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta.
Ending access
You may stop using TubeTrack at any time. We may suspend or end beta access when needed to protect the service, users, or others, or when the beta changes or ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these draft terms as TubeTrack develops. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continuing to use the beta after an update means you accept the updated terms.
